I never knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. For a long time have I been thinking about my future, being a firefighter, professional volleyball player, event manager or an office job? Nothing seemed to suit me, until I heard My father (Mark Meuleman) talk about who would take over his company. I was raised and raised by my father and mother who have had their own company since 1993. Without actually realizing it, I became more and more interested in running my own business and using money smartly.
Since 2018 I have started reading books such as “Rich Dad, Poor Dad, The Magic of Thinking Big and The 100 Dollar Start-up” These books give me inspiration and motivation to get more out of life and to be financially free later to be.
A new project will be started in September 2020. I am going to make a plan together with Mark Driessen, a Nieuwegein hospitality entrepreneur, to make Nieuwegein a lot nicer for the residents of the city. The focus in this project will mainly be on the youth and young families (think of a bar, club, lounge, street food hall or a combination of these).
A plan will be drawn up together with the municipality of Nieuwegein and other local entrepreneurs to achieve this goal.
When I got to know the company Catching Colours, I was quickly captivated by the backstory of this organization. Motivating, stimulating and inspiring young people to make their dreams come true is something Catching Colours stands for and in which I can also identify myself. As long as Catching Colours will maintain this vision and product quality I will continue to support them.
Nieuwegein will be the place to be, this is my dream and we will take care of it.
SO to enterprising Nieuwegein, SO to Catching Colours.
